Anand S. Dayal

Anand is a Partner with Koura & Company, a Delhi based law firm. He obtained his JD cum laude from Cornell Law School in 1992. He is admitted to the bar both in India and the US.

Anand advises global businesses on a variety of general corporate and regulatory matters of doing business in India. Also, he is a co-promoter of an outsourcing firm that provides legal services to corporate legal departments and law firms. Anand previously worked for the international law firms viz. White & Case LLP, Chadbourne & Parke, and Pillsbury Madison & Sutro.

Anand served as chair of the Anti-Corruption and FCPA Compliance Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in India. In 2015 he founded the Whistleblower Foundation, an NGO to encourage insiders to report corruption, malfeasance and abuse of authority, and to support and protect insiders against retaliation by harnessing the rule of law.
