Gayatri Virmani

Gayatri is an accomplished advocate practising at the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, district courts, tribunals and commissions in Delhi. A graduate of NALSAR University of Law and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University's IP University, her practice spans criminal, constitutional, human rights, commercial and service laws. She has appeared before various courts and forums in matters concerning Freedom of Individuals, Offences by and against Minors, Death Penalty, Service Laws, Arbitrations, Juvenile Laws, Insolvency and Economic Laws etc.

Gayatri has authored several articles on issues concerning women and children including the POCSO Act, Sexual Harassment at Workplace, Mandatory Minimum Sentence for CCLs, Death Penalty and the Insolvency Regime in India amongst others. She has also adjudged several International Moot Court Competitions and is the Vice-President of WICCI Delhi Mediation & Dispute Resolution Council.
